When you first come to Spain looking for property it's very daunting and you wonder who to trust, we even double checked what you told us initially (sorry). We never felt under any pressure, and you gave us a factual view of the situation, both positive and negative.

To say that we were dubious about purchasing a property in Spain is an understatement, as we had already had a bad experience with another company. Nick was in constant contact with us throughout the process and always on the end of the phone to answer any questions that we had.

We were very nervous about buying in Spain as there has been lots of bad stories in the news but Nick relaxed us with his knowledge and even got a solicitor to call us to answer some of the questions. He ensured we were shown properties meeting our criteria including price and the whole experience was very good indeed. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We had a wonderful experience with Complete Spanish Property. Gary was superb while we were viewing properties and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Since we purchased the property he has been there to help including organising the delivery of the furniture, renting the property out and sorting our mortgage out for us.
